Q. Is there an extra fees charged during the winter season?

This fee is charged by car rental companies, but only in specific countries such as Austria, Italy, Switzerland, France, etc.

Q. What is the protocol in case of a lost key?

Car rental companies charge £100 to £150 for the coverage of the lost key.

Q. Please explain CDW or Refundable excess.

Car rental companies charge extra for insurance policy, in case of any damage to the care due to which the person is charged is extra for repair while transit, this extra charge will be refunded, given that the person has provided the documents regarding the damage like a police form in case of an accident, etc.  This charge is not compulsory, you can even select a deal without insurance.

 Q. Cancellation of Insurance.

The Insurance policy for insuring the car while on lease can be cancelled, given you are cancelling it before you commence your travel with the car.

Q. Is there any extra charge for Child and Booster Seats?

There is a fee that is charged on a daily basis. Please note that all car rentals charge you this fee since it is compulsory to have a child’s seat if you are travelling with a child that is 5 years old and younger or is less than 40lbs.

Q. Are Additional Drivers permitted?
